The University of Findlay capped an impressive regular season with a 22–4 (.846) overall record and a 13–2 (.867) mark in G-MAC play. The defending champions enter the conference tournament as the second seed and currently sit second in the NCAA Midwest Region Rankings. Nationally, Findlay holds the 25th spot in the American Volleyball Coaches Association (AVCA)/TARAFLEX Division II Poll.

Findlay enters postseason play as one of the most statistically dominant teams in the league. The Oilers lead the G-MAC in hitting percentage (.283), a mark that also ranks seventh in the nation. They also pace the conference in assists per set (13.82 | 4th nationally), kills per set (14.70 | 6th nationally), and service aces per set (1.88), highlighting their balance in both offensive and serving production.

A strong senior core has fueled the Oilers' success this season. Makenna Belcher leads the offensive effort with 329 kills, ranking second in the G-MAC at 3.87 kills per set. She also owns the team lead in points, averaging 4.08 per set, good for fifth in the conference. After returning from a medical redshirt last season, junior Lauren Foerster has made a major impact, hitting .342, the top mark on the team and fifth-best in the conference.

At the center of Findlay's offensive system is senior setter Emma White, who has compiled 1,019 assists on the year. Her average of 11.81 assists per set leads the G-MAC and continues to elevate the Oilers' high-powered attack.

Defensively, senior Alana Pohlman anchors the front row with a team-leading 56 blocks, while also contributing a .333 hitting percentage, the sixth-highest in the league. Junior Hannah Miller remains one of Findlay's most versatile contributors, appearing across multiple statistical categories. She leads the team with 247 digs (2.91 per set), ranks fourth in the conference with 38 service aces (.42 per set), and adds 183 kills to her all-around impact.

With momentum on their side and leadership spread throughout the lineup, the Oilers enter the postseason poised to make a deep tournament run.
