Meredith Wipper Named to CSC's 30 Under 30 List

Greenwood, Ind. - On Monday, Dec. 8, the College Sports Communicators (CSC) named its' recipients of its 30 Under 30 Class of 2025, an award that recognizes emerging athletics communications professionals at all levels of college sports in strategic, creative, and digital spaces. Findlay's Meredith Wipper, who serves as the Director of Digital Strategy & Creative Content, has been named in this class for her exemplary work.

"Meredith has worked tirelessly to turn herself into an invaluable member of our department and has grown exponentially since she first stepped on campus back in 2016", commented Director of Athletics Jim Givens. "She spends many long hours and late nights working behind the scenes to ensure that our student-athletes given the spotlight that they deserve. This award proves to everyone else what we already know, that Meredith is truly one of the best young athletics professionals in the country and we're grateful that she bleeds Orange and Black."

Wipper, a two-time all-American golfer in her career at Findlay which spanned from 2016-2021, works with each of the departments' 22 athletic teams, contributing to graphic and video production, event promotion, and printed materials. She is also a key contributor to the collection and organization of statistical data and the creation of written content on the department website. Wipper, also serves on the University's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee. Additionally, she coordinates regional voting for volleyball and women's soccer awards on behalf of the Division II Conference Commissioners Association (D2CCA).

In 2022-23, Wipper was named as a member of the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Sports Information Staff of the Year, an award voted on by the league's communications professionals and given for exemplary performance in the field. She won the award again in the 2024-25 season. In the summer of 2025, she, along with the Assistant AD for External Affairs Kyle Niermann, won first place in the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Creative & Digital Design Contest in two categories including "Hype/Pre-Game Video" and "Signing Day Package".
