Allendale, Mich./ Kent, Ohio/ Tiffin, Ohio- On Saturday, Feb. 15, the University of Findlay track and field teams split up to compete in three different meets. One group of Oilers took part in day two of the GVSU Big Meet, while another group wrapped up day two of the Doug Raymond Invitational. The final group of Oilers competed in The Robinson Family Open, hosted by Tiffin University. After a long day of competition, the Oilers came out with several notable finishes.

The distance medley relay team consisting of senior Hailey Wilson, senior Jordan Taylor, senior Kylie Ray, and sophomore Ella Webster took sixth with a time of 11:32.23. With this time, they hit the NCAA Provisional Standard and moved to #9 in the Division II indoor national rankings. They also broke the previous school record of 11:46.80 set in 2023 by Ava Beam, Kylie Ray, Hayley Robinett, and Reilly Cozette.

The distance medley relay team consisting of senor Simon Derstine, junior Sherron Jones, sophomore Jaxon Durfey, senior Jordan Foster won with a time of 9:41.39. With this time, they hit the NCAA Provisional Standard and advanced to #5 in the Division II indoor national rankings. This group of Oilers broke the old school record of 9:49.15 set in 2024 by Simon Derstine, Nick Rice, Landon Armstong, and Jordan Foster.
