Findlay, Ohio- The University of Findlay track and field teams played host for the Flag City Tune-Up Friday, Feb 21, their final home meet of the indoor season. After a long afternoon of competition, the Oilers had several notable finishes.
Notable Finishes
Women:

Senior
Brooke Coulter finished second in the shot put with a mark of 13.59m and junior
Ava Kiefer took third with a mark of 13.05m.

Ashley Sigmon won the high jump with a mark of 1.68m hitting the NCAA Provisional Standard. Sigmon would also win the long jump with a mark of 5.52m.

Senior
Kelsey Kennon finished second in the weight throw with a mark of 17.43m hitting the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Freshman
Colleen Steinmetz and sophomore
Victoria Harvey would tie for first in pole vault with a mark of 3.88m. While sophomore
Tru Buddenberg would take third with a mark of 3.73m. Steinmetz, Harvey, and Buddenberg would all hit the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Sydney Swan won the mile run with a time of 5:13.07.

Kylie Ray won the 60m hurdles with a time of 8.70 meeting the NCAA Provisional Standard. Freshman
Gloria Mengolo finished third with a time of 9.06.

Leah Smith won the 60m dash with a time of 7.43 and senior
Jordan Taylor took second with a time of 7.48. Both Smith and Taylor met the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Mary Ellis won the 200m dash with a time of 25.49 and senior
Taylor Ivory took second with a time of 25.60.

Senior Hunter Tresnan-Rieghard took second in shot put with a mark of 16.74m. Junior
Eyan Wilson finished fourth with a mark of 16.64m. Both Tresnan-Rieghard and Wilson met the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Camden St John finished third in high jump with a mark of 1.87m. St John would also finish second in the triple jump with a mark of 12.13m.

Kage Hefner won the pole vault with a mark of 5.10m and sophomore Nate Buschur took second with a mark of 4.95m. Both Hefner and Buschur hit the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Leyton Nossa finished second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.51m and senior
Collin Warner took fourth with a mark of 19.10m. Both Nossa and Warner hit the NCAA Provisional Standard.

Luke Hootman took third in the 1 mile run with a time of 4:30.10.

KJ Upshaw won the 60m dash with a time of 6.86 and senior
Hassan Sesay took third with a time of 6.95.

The Oilers will now turn their attention to the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) Indoor Track & Field Championships that starts Friday, Feb. 28 in Ashland, Ohio.
