Indianapolis, Ind. - On Thursday, November 5, the Great Midwest Athletic Conference (G-MAC) announced its women's soccer all-conference selections for the 2026 season. The University of Findlay had three student-athletes recognized, including two first team selections and one second team selection. Sophomore forward
Addison Williams and senior defender
Ashlyn Brown earned first team honors, while fifth-year goalkeeper
Cat Graves was named to the second team.
First Team All-Great Midwest
Coming off a freshman campaign in which she was named G-MAC Freshman of the Year,
Addison Williams showed no signs of slowing down in her sophomore season. The Waterville, Ohio native led both the Oilers and the conference with 10 goals during the regular season. Williams recorded two multi-goal performances, finding the back of the net twice against Ferris State on September 4 before adding another pair of goals against Lake Erie on October 1. In addition to her scoring production, Williams also contributed two assists.
Also earning first team recognition was
Ashlyn Brown. The senior defender was a key piece of Findlay's back line, appearing and starting in all 19 games while logging 1,267 minutes on the pitch. Brown helped anchor an Oilers defense that recorded 14 shutouts throughout the season. The Perrysburg, Ohio native and the rest of the Orange and Black defense have been particularly impressive down the stretch, allowing just one goal since October 8, when Findlay defeated Malone 4-1.
Second Team All-Great Midwest
Rounding out Findlay's all-conference selections was fifth-year goalkeeper
Cat Graves, who earned second team honors for her efforts between the posts. Graves started all 19 games for the Oilers, compiling a 13-2-4 record. In those 19 games, she would compile 12 shutouts. Her goals-against average of 0.35 ranked second in the G-MAC, as she surrendered just six goals during the regular season. Graves also totaled 42 saves and posted a .875 save percentage, the third-best mark in the conference.
