Allendale, Mich. - The University of Findlay women's golf team was back in action for moving day of the Gildas Club Laker Fall Invite on Sunday, September 27. The Findlay lineup came out firing on all cylinders in round two, posting a team score of 281 (-7) to create significant separation from the rest of the field. The Oilers' score of 281 is now the fifth-best 18-hole team score in program history. With 36 holes now in the books, the Orange and Black sit at +4 and hold a 35-stroke lead over second-place McKendree.

Leading the way for the Oilers in the second round was Ellie Yeazell, who finished with a score of 68 (-4). The score is the lowest the fifth-year golfer has recorded since September of 2025, where she recorded a 68 in round two of the Folds of Honor Challenge. Yeazell currently sits in solo fourth place with one round remaining.

Currently tied for first place are Lillian O'Grady and Ashleigh Duflo, who both sit at even par through 36 holes. O'Grady recorded the lowest round of her young career, carding a two-under 70. Duflo finished just one stroke behind, carding a 71 (-1).

Emma Myers also finds herself in the top five of the leaderboard after following her first-round 73 (+1) with an even-par 72 in round two.

Rounding out the lineup for the Oilers is Gracie James, who currently sits tied for 10th after firing a 74 (+2) in round two.

Competing as individuals, Chaille Payne recorded a 75 (+3), while Audrey Keplar finished with a 79 (+7).
