University of Findlay

Dean Pees began his football coaching career at Findlay (1979-82) and helped lead them to a national championship victory during the 1979 campaign. Pees also served as head coach at Kent State (1998-2003) and was an assistant at the collegiate level for Miami (1983-86), Navy (1987-89), Toledo (1990-93), Notre Dame (1994) and Michigan State (1995-97).  Pees also served as a defensive coach for the New England Patriots (2004-09), Baltimore Ravens (2010-18), and Tennessee Titans (2018----). While in the NFL, he captured two Super Bowl titles (XXXIX, XLVII).
