Outstanding basketball forward on Findlay College teams 1920-21-22-23, captain of team 1920 and 21. One of top scorers for Findlay College having scored all of team’s points but 48 for an entire season. Lettered in football in 1921-22 and baseball in 1922. Recognized as Chamber of Commerce Executive in Ohio and Michigan. Known as the Father of Van Wert Ohio Peony Festival. Always a promoter of civic pride wherever he resides.
